Prerequisites
The lesson is designed for one 45-minute class period.
Students do not need devices for this lesson, however teachers will need to project a slide in activity 2.

Differentiation & Implementation
After this lesson, students can discuss instances of environmental racism and how climate implications impact those in minority groups the most.
The drawing justice template can be printed or students can draw on a blank sheet of paper.
Students can do a gallery walk to view each other's drawings, and teachers can display the drawings in the classroom or someplace in the school.
This lesson could be modified for a digital classroom by using a shared Google slide for Activity 1 and a digital drawing tool for Activity 2, such as Illustrator or Canva.
