Synopsis
This 4-module online course about ocean health focuses on the history of plastic, the production of plastic, its importance in the 21st century, and the environmental damage it causes in the ocean.
The modules encourage awareness and empathy through storytelling and provide a broad understanding of the topic.
There is an excellent video titled "A Brief History of Plastics" showing how plastics were used during and after WWII.
The videos use sign language and descriptive narration to make them more accessible.
