Synopsis
- This workbook includes activities for students to help them process big emotions as they learn about extreme weather preparedness and natural hazards.
- The workbook includes breathing exercises, coloring pages, an activity to identify people that students can trust, a drawing activity, and emergency contact cards.

Prerequisites
- Teachers should check on students as they fill out the circle of support, as this activity may be uncomfortable for students struggling with close relationships.
