What You'll Learn

In this workshop, Wisconsin teachers can explore how they can bring nature into early childhood education to support mental health and well-being. Learning in and with nature can help young children to be healthier, happier, and smarter, according to a growing body of research documented by the Children and Nature Network.

Join Gretchen Paquette, Early Childhood Director at Western Technical College and Jan Wellik, UW-La Crosse Environmental Studies professor to learn how to engage our youngest learners in nature!
